- Abstract
- 기업의 R&D활동의 주체인 R&D연구원은 기술 혁신과 기업생존에 매우 밀접하게 연결되어 있다. 인적자원 교육이 기업성과에 매우 밀접한 관계가 있다는 연구는 체계적으로 오랫동안 진행되어져 왔음에도 불구하고, R&D연구원의 교육 운영에 대해서는 아직 연구가 부족한 상황이다. 이에 R&D연구원 교육에 대한 기존 연구들을 살펴보며 R&D연구원 대상 교육의 교육체계 및 주요 사항을 제언한다. 그리고 이를 통하여 향후 R&D연구원 대상의 교육에 대한 실증 연구의 토대를 마련하고자 한다.
