Abstract
Although, crossing the board is commonly occurred and it can make some positive effects, life of refugee can mean certain unstableness. Especially, welfare capitalism, completed by Germany right after the second world war and workers' immigration from Korea, one of the third world countries, liberated from a colony or a half-colony status, has been processed among international diplomatic relations, cold war structures, expanded economical differences. In this situation, those workers' immigration can define one of their identities as a refugee. Their choice to go other country, due to difficult situation for achieving their dream in their own country can be one kind of reason In Germany, those labor were needed, block the possibility of immigrants' settlement in advance but labor market situation in society of advanced welfare capitalism was obliged to accept them. Nonetheless, during their immigration, cultural and social properties in immigrant worker's own country make them to exist out of boundaries, never completely accepted in both sides. Identities between those borders can be assessed positively as an international or multicultural thing and tendency, pioneer their own life to overcome disadvantages in those given situation also shows their characteristics of refugee, they have. Cultural borderline showed by those people, have to leave their country, cannot make their own dream and start unfamiliar but hopeful immigration, can remind properties of refugee in their appearances.
