Accordingly, in Korea having difficulties from entering of foreign influences and collision between those countries, German interests were focused on materials and economical interactions. For those interests, many Germans visited Korea and wrote their own visiting reports. Those reports were affected by otherlization about East Asia from those powerful countries and discussions between civilization and decivilization, and at the same time, they were consisted of contents for expending those otherlization and discussions. The main ideas of this article is to go their unshrunk interests for Korea after progressing colonization from Japan, favorable country of those western countries. Because colonization of Korea was not recognized as problematic situation due to favorable relation between Japan and Germany after the Meiji Restoration. Also, ultimately, descriptions of German visitors to Korea affected to formation of certain public opinion and change of its flow in Korea, and because of that, those reports did an important role to justify some of issues needed by German political leading influences throughout the first half of the twentieth century.
