Abstract
This research studies how the member's perception on the leader's behavior and trust in leader affect individual creativity. Also, we have tested how individual creativity model differs depending on the level of task stress which naturally occurs. To test the research hypotheses, we have carried out the online survey of the employees working in IT companies and analyzed it with PLS(Partial Least Square) method. In the result of research, trust in leader positively influenced individual creativity. Also, the member's perception had different impact on individual creativity depending on the style of leadership. Finally, we could find that the relationship among these constructs differs depending on the level of task stress. © 2012 Springer Science+Business Media.
