- Abstract
- While more consumer devices become smarter with voice-based natural interfaces, this trend poses such a problem that a user might frequently experience undesirable responses from nearby devices, i.e., seemingly uncoordinated and often redundant responses. In this paper, we present a lightweight adhoc group management leveraging inaudible sound and RF local-connectivity in room area, thereby enabling to efficiently suppress the uncoordinated interactions of devices upon a user's voice command via instant group communication. © 2020 IEEE.
