- Abstract
- We experimentally investigate wavelength conversion in quantum-dot semiconductor optical amplifiers via four-wave mixing. Using four 40-GHz probes we demonstrate greater than 100% conversion over 160 GHz with a large signal-to-noise ratio. ©2008 Optical Society of America.
