Abstract
The thermal property has been studied on Ce1-xGdxCOSi3, where an antiferromagnetic ordering is observed. T-N linearly decreases with x and is suppressed at x = 0.2. The non-Fermi-liquid behavior in C/T is found at x = 0.2. Another anomaly is found at 3 K at x>0.2. C/T is very large below 3 K and diverges at x = 0.4. The - In T behavior in C/T is also observed at x = 0.4. This indicates that new quantum critical point exists in x = 0.4. (c) 2007 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
