Abstract
This paper introduces the novel pixel circuit for μLED display. In order to improve screen distortion, when grayscale representation of μLED is generated, we use the Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) method in which the amount of emission current of μLED is fixed and the emission time of μLED is controlled. © 2020 ITE and SID.
