- Abstract
- This paper proposes a novel micro-LED pixel circuit using Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) operation method for preventing wavelength shifts generated by current density. In addition, the proposed circuit applies the internal Vth compensation method to remove external sensing structure. © 2020 ITE and SID.
