- Abstract
- 개성공단에서의 상사분쟁해결 기구인 상사중재위원회의 구성과 운영을 위한 부속합의서 상의 후속조치인 중재위원회 구성, 중재규정의 제정, 중재인단 구성 및 중재사무처리기관의 지정과 관련하여 개성공단에서의 계약 및 분쟁의 유형을 파악하고, 기존의 남북 간 합의사항 및 2013년 9월 11일 체결된 개성공단에서의 상사중재위원회 구성과 운영에 관한 합의서 상의 내용을 비교 검토하여 이를 토대로 후속조치인 중재규정의 초안 작성 등 정책적인 추진방향을 제시하고 후속조치별 실천과제를 연구하였다.
