- Abstract
- 영재교육에서 진로교육의 중요성은 다양한 연구자들의 공통된 지적이었으나, 연구실제는 많지 않다. 영재진로교육에 대한 연구 촉발을 위해서는 먼저 현재의 연구진전의 정도를 파악하고, 영재진로지도를 위한 프로그램을 개발하여야 한다. 본 연구는 이러한 필요에서 출발하였다. 영재진로교육에 대한 연구들을 살펴보고, 영재진로교육에 필요한 프로그램의 조건을 확인하였다. 본 연구결과에 의하면 향후 영재진로교육에 대한 연구는 더 많이 이루어질 필요가 있으며, 이를 통하여 영재성이 꽃필 수 있도록 하여야 할 것이다.
