- Abstract
- This research examined the study of a structural model relationship among team-player exchange, teamjustice, team trust and team performance of ice hockey team. The subjects of this study were 135 player of icehockey team. The survey questionnaires were used to collect th edata. The questionnaires for level of teamplayerexchange had been developed by Seers(1989) and Sin(2013) , team justice had been developed byMcFarlin & Sweeney(1992), Moorman(1991), team trust had been developed by Cook & Wall(1980), andteam performance had been developed by Kim(2007), Lee(1999) and Jo(2003), The statistical methods suchas Correlational Analysis and Structural equnation modeling analysis were used to analyze the collected data forthe this research goal.
The results were summarized as follow. First, The results shwoed that team-player exchange had signif-icant impact on team justice directly. Second, The results showde that team-player exchange had significan timpact on team trust directly. Third, The results showed that team-player exchange had significant impact onteam performance directly. Forth, The results showed that team justice had significant impact on team trustdirectly. Fifth, The results showed that team justice had not igsnificant impact on team performance directly .
Sixth, The results showed that team trust had significant impact on team performance directly.
