- Abstract
- 본 연구에서는 다문화가정 이중언어지원사업의 사례를 중심으로 프로그램 형성평가 과정에서 나타난 문제점과 개선방안이 어떻게 환류되어 최종 확산모델에 적용되었는지를 살펴보았다. 이를 위하여 서비스 전달체계의 최일선 수행인력인 이중언어교사에 대한 초점집단면접을 수행했고, 주관기관 실무자의 기록자료(모니터링 일지, 실무자 회의록 등)에 대한 내용분석을 실시하였다. 자료의 분석을 위하여 우선 질적자료에 대한 개방코딩을 수행하였고, 이를 다시 전환활동별 문제점 및 개선방안으로 재분류하여 환류의 근거로 제시하였다. 분석 결과, 교구재의 내용적 타당성 제고, 수행인력의 역량지원을 위한 교육 체계 구축, 부모 교육 및 부모의 주도적 참여 강화, 아동/가정환경 평가 서비스를 평가요소로 변경하는 것 등이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 환류와 결론에서는 최종 확산 모델에서 형성평가 결과가 어떻게 반영되었는지를 살펴보고, 다양한 실천적, 이론적 함의를 논의하였다.
