Abstract
This research developed STOWAR system, which enables a user to form a market through smart phones at anytime and anywhere and other users to use the market, by applying user created market (UCM) to the system. Recently, there are growing people who avoid receiving event information due to the indiscriminate notification of it. Because this system improves the efficiency of information notification and raises users' accessibility to the relevant information by the optimized selective function of event notification, consumption is expected to be revitalized. This research established the foundation of expanding the scale of service by grafting the implementation of the new concept STOWAR service (i.e., smart phone-based convergence service), the commercialization of UCM (i.e., the concept of the users' active information generation and consumption) service and the grafting of contents Various fields. © 2013 American Scientific Publishers All rights reserved.
