- Abstract
- 이 연구에서는 관계 법령에 따라 평생학습계좌제와 고입/고졸 검정고시를 연계시키기 위한 실천적 전략으로 검정고시 과목의 고시 면제를 위한 평생학습계좌제 학습과정 평가인정 절차 및 평가지표를 개발하고자 하였다. 이 연구는 5명의 연구진과 핵심 이해당사자 등이 참여한 액션 리서치 방법에 의해 수행되었다. 연구결과로 평생학습계좌제와 검정고시 연계를 위한 평가인정 절차 및 평가지표가 제시되었다. 더불어, 이 연구가 수행되게 된 근본 취지를 더 잘 살리기 위하여 (1) 검정고시 과목별로 연계가 가능한 평생교육프로그램의 DB 확보, (2) 국어, 영어, 수학을 포함하여 모든 과목을 평생학습계좌제 이수를 통해 면제 받을 수 있도록 검정고시 규칙 개정, (3) 교육기회 소외자 중심의 탄력적인 제도 운영 등 몇 가지 중요한 개선 노력들도 제안되었다.
