- Abstract
- 이 연구의 목적은 공공적 성격의 평생교육 영역인 대학부설 평생교육원에서 제공하는 교육훈련 프로그램의 효과성 검증을 위한 하나의 평가모델 제시와 그 타당성을 검증하는 데 있다. 이를 위하여 연구자들은 각 평가단계 간에 위계성 및 정적 상관관계를 가정한 Kirkpatrick(1959) 평가모델을 기초로 하여 경력계획 및 자기효능감 변인을 더한 구조방정식모형을 제시하여 그 타당성을 검증하고자 하였다. 이 연구의 대상은 평생교육진흥원에서 추진한 2009년도 대학부설 평생교육원 활성화사업 학습비지원 수혜자들로 전국 35개 대학부설 평생교육원 프로그램 수강자 606명이다. 이 연구의 결론을 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육훈련 프로그램의 효과성 평가를 위하여 평가 요소들 간의 구조적 관계에 터한 프로그램 평가가 필요하다. 둘째, 제안된 평가모델의 구성요소 간 구조적 관계분석 결과는 교육훈련 프로그램의 효과성을 판단하는 최종 준거를 ‘활용’으로 볼 때, 교육훈련 프로그램에 대한 반응, 개인의 경력계획, 자기효능감 수준, 그리고 교육훈련 프로그램을 통한 학습수준 등이 교육훈련 프로그램의 효과성을 결정하는 중요한 요소임을 보여준다
