- Abstract
- 본 연구는 한약제조유통산업에서의 기업가정신과 지식경영프로세스가 기업성과에 어떻게 영향을 미치는 가에 관하여 분석하였다. 기업가정신은 혁신성, 진취성, 위험감수성으로 구성하였다. 지식경영프로세스는 사회화, 외부화, 내부화, 종합화의 요인으로 구성하였다. 기업성과는 고객 및 매출성과 투자수익률로 구성하였다. 분석방법은 SPSS와 AMOS를 이용하여 빈도분석과 요인분석 상관분석과 단일차원성 검증 및 신뢰도 및 판별타당성 분석을 거치는 정제과정과 경로분석을 이용하였으며, 분석결과는 기업가정신의 혁신성이 사회화와 외부화, 종합화에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 진취성은 사회화, 외부화, 내부화, 종합화의 모든 요인에 영향을 미쳤다. 그러나 위험감수성은 내부화에만 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 지식경영프로세스에서는 사회화와 종합화는 고객 및 매출성과와 투자수익률에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 외부화의 경우는 투자수익률에만 영향을 미쳤다. 그러나 내부화는 어떠한 요인에도 영향을 미치지 않고 있다. 이는 한약제조유통산업에서도 기업가정신이 기업성과에 중요한 요인으로 작용하고 있으며 또한 지식경영체제의 도입이 절실함을 나타내고 있다.
