- Abstract
- The purpose of this study is to understand the features of talent for each major and develop the admissions officer system that reflects such features for effective application and establishment of the admissions officer system with S university as the subject. We try to systematically link the qualifications of the talent and the screening method by applying AHP and QFD. The significance of this study lies in the fact that the objectivity and systemicity of the admissions officer system has been strengthened and customized selection for the talent based on the qualification for each major has been proposed by applying scientific techniques to the admissions officer system.
