- Abstract
- 본 연구는 부모-자녀간 의사소통이 만성질환을 가진 청소년의 질병관리에 미치는 영향을 가족지지의 매개효과 분석을 중심으로 살펴보고자 하였다. 조사대상자는 제1형 당뇨병으로 진단을 받은 121명의 청소년으로 하였으며, 서울소재 대학병원 외래치료를 받으러 온 환자들을 중심으로 자료수집이 이루어졌다. 연구결과 부모-자녀간 의사소통은 질병관리에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 이러한 관계는 가족지지에 의해 완전매개되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 제1형 당뇨 청소년의 질병관리에 관한 사회복지실천에서는 부모-자녀간 의사소통과 가족지지를 중요하게 다룰 필요가 있으며, 부모-자녀간 의사소통을 통해 부모의 당뇨관련 지지를 높이는 전략을 개발할 필요가 있다.
