- Abstract
- 본 연구는 전국의 장애인생활시설의 인적자원관리가 서비스 품질에 어떠한영향을 미치는지를 살펴보았다. 조사대상은 보건복지부가 시행하는 2010년 장애인생활시설평가에 참여하였던 전국의 187개 시설이었다. 분석 결과 인사평가요소와슈퍼비전요소가 가장 영향력이 높은 요인으로 나타났다. 그 다음으로는 직원 복리후생과 인력의 충분성, 인력의 전문성으로 관찰되었다. 이러한 결과는 장애인생활시설에서 전문인력을 확보하는 것이 중요하며, 서비스의 품질 향상을 위하여 슈퍼비전실시를 강화하는 것이 필요함을 제시하고 있다. 나아가서 인사평가도 체계적으로 실시하는 것이 바람직하다는 함의를 제시하고있다. 충분한 인력을 확보하기 위해서는 최소한 법정 직원 수대로는 각 시설에배치될 수 있도록 정책적․제도적 지원이 뒷받침되어야 한다.
