Studying the Horava-Lifshitz theory of gravity with detailed balance, we have some special, static spherically symmetric solutions containing a In r term in the metric coefficients at the conformal point lambda = 1/3. With these solutions, we discuss the possibility of a subsidiary explanation for the nearly flat galactic rotation curves.-
