- Abstract
- 본 연구에서는 민첩방법론을 활용하여 오픈마켓 개발 프로세스의 생산성 문제를 해결하고자 한다. 오픈마켓 기업을 대상으로 프로세스의 현황 분석과 문제점을 조사하고, 린 소프트웨어의 민첩 실천원칙을 활용하여 문제점을 해결한다. 또한 개선 효과를 입증하기 위해서 개선 전후의 프로세스 리드타임과 결함 발생을 비교 분석한다.
