건강요가프로그램 참여자의 몰입이 정서에 미치는 영향

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the effects of flows on emotion of participants in health yoga program. In order to achieve such objective, total 400 sample in yoga center were selected convenience sampling method. Among all the total 400 respondents exception 103 with partially missing answers, the data total 297 respondents were finally analyzed. To analyze the data collected, statistical techniques, such as Descriptive Statistical, Reliability Analysis, Multiple Regression, ANOVA were used and results of this study are as follow. First, the experience of participation difference according to the clear goal, false sense of control, ecstasy, and the frequency of participation difference according to the clear goal, false sense of control, the strength of participation difference according to the clear goal, false sense of control, ecstasy, sense of time change, his purposeful experience. Second, the experience of participation difference according to essence and the frequency of participation difference according to energy, the strength of participation difference according to interest, pride, energy, essence, achievement. Third, Flows were positively influenced on emotion.
