- Abstract
- 본 논문은 쿰란공동체와 하스몬 왕가 및 주류 유다사회와의 결별 이유는 정치적 이유보다는 율법에 대한 해석차이로 인한 것이라는 전제로부터 출발한다. 쿰란공동체의 출현과 존재는 여타 경쟁 그룹들과의 구약 오경에 나타난 율법에 대한 해석차이로 인한 것임을 구체적으로 쿰란문서에 나타난 정결법 규정들을 통해 입증해 보이고자 한다.
