- Abstract
- 본 연구는 주요 국제방송기구별 현안 파악을 통해 기구별 대응전략과 효율적인 국제방송기구 참여방안을 모색하였다. 이를 위해 대표적인 국제방송기구(AIBD, IIC, 아태규제기관 라운드 테이블)의 조직구성과 주요활동 현황을 알아보았고, 이를 통해 우리나라의 방송통신위원회와의 협력 현황과 교류확대 방안에 대해 살펴보았다. 교류확대 방안으로 IIC 사무국과 National Chapter 사무국에 상주 직원의 파견과 IIC의 간행물에 적극 참여함으로써 IIC와의 긴밀한 정보 교류가 필요하고, AIBD에도 전문 인력을 상주시켜 프로젝트 매니저의 기능을 담당하고, ASEAN 국가 등을 대상으로 방송통신 정책 및 실무교육을 위한 서비스 오피스를 개설할 필요가 있음을 제언했다. 아시아-태평양 규제기구 라운드테이블과 관련해서는 방송통신위원회 국제기구담당관실이 아․태 규제기구회의 사무처를 운영해야 할 필요가 있음을 제언하였다.
