dc.description.abstract | With a bubble burst of about the beginning of 1990's and sudden development of the globalization, bring a sudden change of the international competition environment; the bad times longest after the war of the management aggravation of the Japanese company invited it, and brought about a big change in employment environment. The slump of long-term economy for ten several years produces a large quantity of unemployed people from strictness in the corporate management, and the unemployment rate will exceed in particular 5% in the latter half of 1990's. The employment environment in the Japanese company in such a late years changed in conventional ‘Japanese way of management’ or labor- management relations of ‘Japan and employment system’. In other words service of the economy and IT and adjustment of economic structure began in 2000's. Thus unemployment and an employment anxiety changed that Japanese traditional employment custom. In other words seniority-based system of Japanese employment custom is negative in Japanese personnel affairs policy now. Furthermore, a wage and the seniority-based system application about the promotion are strong in resistance. It may be said that such a fact suggests a new point of view in the case of a definition of the basic sense of the existing Japanese way of management. | - |
