In order to copewith rapidly changing environments, organizations should achieve agility intheir business. The absence of the systemsupporting the whole, process of improving business processes is one of the keyreasons to this phenomenon. Lots of researches have been performed to solve thisproblem. However, it takes very long time to improve business processes usingthe existing methods. Also, they cannot suggest specific guidelines for solvingthe problem. This research, proposes a framework for improving businessprocesses based on the case-based reasoning (CBR) technique. The system proposedin this research, can increase efficiency and effectiveness of processimprovement efforts by providing specific guidelines that can be 'utilized inthe process of improving business processes.
