프로젝트 포트폴리오 평가 문제 : 시뮬레이션을 이용한 다속성 평가를 중심으로

Abstract

This article is about how a project portfolio should be evaluated in the situation that the portfolio of each project is evaluated using multiple attributes like schedule, cost, effect, or quality and the values of the multiple attributes under uncertainty. In this thesis, the portfolio is composed of multiple projects. And it presumes that there exist many alternatives to operate the activities that consist of the project and the term required to operate the alternatives, too, can be shortened through an additional input of necessary resources. Once a construction work begins, it can be publicized, and even before the completion of it, transactions can be made; thus, this study considers those various attributes generated in the process of executing a project, and it analyzes the attributes by their total values as well as by points of time. And the values of the portfolio are considered as the sum of the project’s attributes. This study does the mathematical modeling of the project portfolio’s problems, introduces a portfolio scheduling algorithm considering uncertainty that the portfolio exhibits and a simulation algorithm for evaluation, and reports the simulation results of the algorithms introduced.
