- 작성 : 선택한 콘텐츠 개발 모델을 요구분석의 결과를 바탕으로 설계의 기본 방향과 원칙을 세운다.⑥ 내용설계 : 목표에 맞추어 교육내용을 설정하고 전체적으로 교육내용구조를 작성하는 단계이다. 중요한 것은 교육내용 범위에 맞는 양질의 교육내용 선정과 그에 따르는 체계적이고 계열화하는 작업이다.
