- Abstract
- 본 논문에서는 중심주파수가 2GHz인 광대역 평형증폭기를 설계 및 제작 하였다. 본 논문에서는 90° Hybrid Branch-Line Coupler 와 Three-Arm Branch 90° Hybrid Coupler의 특성을 비교하여, 광대역 특성을 나타내는 Three-Arm Branch 90° Hybrid Coupler를 이용한 평형증폭기를 설계 및 제작하였으며, 제안된 증폭기는 대역폭이 480MHz이며, VSWR은 1.06 이하이고, 이득은 15.47dB의 특성을 보였다.
