- Abstract
- The purpose of this study is to investigate the casual relationship among market orientation, job commitment and business performancen of the public sports centers. This research based on the viewpoint like this constructed a hypothetical model by a study on the casual relationship among market orientation, job commitment and business performancen of workers of the public sports centers.Subject for this study consisted of the workers over 20-50years of age which were a total of 450 using purpose sampling method. Of these 450 subject, 376 of these were used as data analysis.The Questionnaires about market orientation, job commitment and business performance are based on the scale of domestic previous studies using, these are market orientation one developed by Mun(2002), job commitment by Kanungo(1981) and business performance by Jaworski & Kohli (1993) and used them after examing validity and reliability through pilot test.The methods of statistics used to analyze the collected dates are Correlation Analysis, Multiple Regression Analysis, and Causual Effects Analysis. Results obtained from this research are as follows:Hopothesis Ⅰ was supported to optimal casual model.Hopothesis Ⅱ was supported to optimal casual model.Hopothesis Ⅲ was supported to optimal casual model.
