| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 급속하게 증가하고 있는 남한거주 탈북자를 위한 정보화 교육프로그램을 개발하는 데 있어 그 설계전략을 제공하는 데 목적이 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 탈북자들이 남한 정보화 사회에 성공적으로 적응할 수 있는 구체적, 실천적 방안의 하나로서 이들을 위한 ‘정보화 교육프로그램 개발’에 초점을 맞추었다. 프로그램 개발을 위하여 249명의 탈북자 및 주변인과 10명의 탈북동지회 소속인을 대상으로 설문과 인터뷰를 실시하여 탈북자들의 특성과 환경을 조사하였다. 이러한 조사결과를 바탕으로 ISD 모델을 기초로 설계전략을 도출하고자 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 정보화에 대한 선수지식이 거의 없는 탈북자대상 정보화 교육프로그램의 설계전략을 크게 교육목적 및 수행목표, 학습영역, 계열화, 교수전략 및 매체전략의 차원에서 도출하였다. 교육목적은 남한 정보화 사회에서의 성공적 적응이며, 그에 따른 수행목표는 디지털 리터러시(Digital Literacy)의 습득 및 직업능력 향상이었다. 마지막으로 수행목표 달성에 필요한 거시적, 미시적 설계전략을 제안하였다. | - |
