- Abstract
- 본 연구는 소상공인 신용평가에 관한 탐색적인 연구로 현재 소상공인지원센터에서 근무하고 있는 상담사들의 소상공인 신용평가에 대한 현황을 파악하고, 계층화의사결정방법(AHP: Analytical Hierarchy Process)을 이용하여 바람직한 신용평가 모형의 개발에 필요한 주요변수들의 특징을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 이와 더불어 일관성에 영향을 미치는 주요변수들을 점검하여 일관성을 높일 수 있는 최종 계층도를 구성하는 방안에 관한 탐색적인 연구를 시도하였다. 연구 결과 AHP를 이용한 전문가의 지식 추출방법이 유용함을 확인할 수 있었고, 현재 소상공인 지원센터에 근무하고 있는 상담사 지식의 일관성에 어떤 변수가 가장 많은 영향을 미치는지를 파악할 수가 있었다. 이러한 연구의 결과는 향후 바람직한 소상공인 신용평가 모델을 개발하는데 일조할 것으로 기대된다.
