- Abstract
- The purpose of this study is to investigate the casual relationship among organizational stucture, organizational citizenship behavior, and effectiveness of the sports service organizations. This research based on the viewpoint like this constructed a hypothetical model by a study on the casual relationship among organizational structure, organizational citizenship behavior and effectiveness of organization of the workers of sports service organizations.Subject for this study consisted of the workers over 20-60years of age which were a total of 300 using purpose sampling method. Of these 300 subject, 249 of these were used as data analysis.The Questionnaires about organizational structure, organizational citizenship behavior job and effectiveness of organization are based on the scale of domestic previous studies using, these are the organizational structure by Wilkins & Ouchi(1983), the organizational citizenship behavior job by Organ(1988) and the effectiveness of organization by Kim(2001) & Mowday et al.,(1979), and used them after examing validity and reliability through pilot test.The methods of statistics used to analyze the collected dates are Correlation Analysis, Multiple Regression Analysis, and Path Analysis. Results obtained from this research are as follows:Hopothesis Ⅰ was supported to optimal casual relationship model.
