- Abstract
- This study has examined the causual relationship among leadership style, organization culture, and effection of university soccer teams.
To study and demonstrate causal relationship among leadership style, organization culture and effection of university soccer team participating in university soccer teams, I choose 227 soccer players who work in university of the seoul.
Through comparison and analysis, I reached the conclusions as followings:
First, Research hypothesis Ⅰ was identified by results of analysis.
Second, Research hypothesis Ⅱ was identified by results of analysis.
Third, Research hypothesis Ⅲ was identified by results of analysis.
