- Abstract
- 본 연구는 최근 대규모 그룹사의 계열사 간 도입한 IT Shared Service 사례를 살펴봄으로써 일반적으로 기관의 특수한 상황에서의 IT Shared 서비스 비용 배분에 대해 가지고 있는 우려가 현실적인 것인지, 우려스러운 것인지를 확인하고, 회사내부 또는 유사 서비스 군을 외부로 확장시켜 공동 시스템을 사용하는 경우 어떠한 장점들을 가지고 있는지 정리하였다. 뿐 아니라 본 논문을 통하여 IT 아웃소싱 시장의 비용 산정 기준 구조를 개선하기를 기대한다.
