- Abstract
- 최근 정부의 규제완화, 노후 공동주택의 급증 등으로 인해 최근 지난 15여년간 주춤했던 공동주택 리모델링 시장이 재조명을 받고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 공동주택 리모델링 사업의 현황을 분석하고, 전 사업단계의 업무현황 분석을 통해 향 후 효율적인 사업 개선방향을 제시하기 위한 기초자료를 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 사업의 단계 및 업무들을 일반화 정리하고, 모든 사업 참여주체자들을 대상으로 사업진행 현황을 분석하여 이를통해 업무과정 개선을 위한 중점사항으로 제안한다.
