dc.description.abstract | In disaster environments, where communication infrastructures such as Internet and cellular network are destroyed, information-centric network (ICN) and delay tolerant network (DTN) can be used efficiently to deliver urgent messages efficiently. In this paper, we propose and analyze a novel DTN routing protocol for ICN in disaster environments. Performance analysis results show that the proposed protocol has better delivery probability and overhead ratio than conventional protocol in most of the considered parameter values. © 2018 IEEE. | - |
