Pv6 is a network-based mobility management protocol. Although MN is supporting multi-interface in PMIPv6, MN access to PMIPv6 domain with one interface in general. This paper proposes Fast handover method by using L2 trigger supporting multi-interface in PMIPv6. It can reduce the packet loss rate by delaying the detached time of MN with utilizing the multi-interface at handover. Also, p-MAG of the proposed method can accommodate more handover requests because (packet) flows can be early switched. © 2015 IEEE.-
