On enhancement signal using non-uniform sampling in clipped signals for LTE smart phones

Abstract

Various methods have been employed to enhance the quality of signals in the noisy environments during the speech signal processing. In the case of signal restoration in particular, the deterioration of signals in low frequency has been an issue as they are also converged into the deterioration of voiced signals based on the characteristic feature of speech quality deterioration. Therefore, great efforts have been concentrated on improving signal quality and signal restoration in the voiced signal section. Provided that signals have an effect on perception to process a waveform coding, this study suggests that the non-uniform sampling technique can be utilized to get the enhanced quality of reconstruction in clipped signals. © 2013 IEEE.
