This paper proposes a human-centered interface, which has been completely built and independently run on a mobile phone. Video frames are streamed through its camera as the image input to the interface that was employed techniques involving image processing, computer vision and graphics to identify automatically absolute positions of human face, neck and two hands. Simultaneously an experiment application embeds this interface to recognize human gestures in a semaphore flag signaling system. The interface plays a promising bridge for interactive systems that connect between human beings and machines.-
