This paper proposes transmit and receive Eigen-Beamformers with V-BLAST(Vertical-Bell Laboratories LAyered Space-Time coding) detector for MIMO-OFDM(Multiple Input Multiple Output - Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) communication systems. To enhance the order of spatial diversity in presence of deteriorative fading correlations, the proposed method employs joint eigen-beamforming technique. In order to confirm superiority of the proposed method, the computer simulations are conducted in highly correlated fading situations with providing detailed mathematical derivations for clarifying functionality of the proposed scheme. ©2005 IEEE.-
