A business model driven approach is proposed for the rapid development of web applications. In the definiteness phase, candidates of use cases, web pages and data fields are extracted. The candidates are utilized to build the corresponding model such as use case diagram, web page list and logical database model The next process is to develop page diagram, page specification (with logic) and physical database diagram, which are used to build the web application. The efficiency of this approach has been shown using a practical case study which is development of web application for supporting an association of auto repair shops.-
