Abstract
Recently, the blockchain was introduced in many existing business models. In this paper, personal information management technology using blockchain is proposed, and only trusted institutions form blockchain networks and manage the flow of personal information through their heads. Agreements are made through rack algorithms, and the adequacy of the technology is analysed by evaluating the stability of the network. © 2019 IEEE.
