- Abstract
- 본 연구는 지역사회 학교스포츠시설의 서비스품질 척도에 대한 운동경력별 구인동일성 및 잠재평균차이를 실증적으로 분석하는데 있다. 연구대상은 지역사회 학교스포츠시설의 회원 283명을 대상으로 설문조사하여 자료를 수집하였다. 연구도구는 설문지로 학교스포츠시설 서비스품질 척도의 경우 Gu (2009), Lee (2008)과 Koo (2011)가 사용한 척도를 수정, 보완하여 사용하였다. 통계방법은 상관분석과 구조방정식모형분석이 연구목적에 따라 사용되었다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학교스포츠시설의 서비스품질 척도의 구인동일성은 나타났다. 둘째, 운동경력에 따라 학교스포츠시설의 서비스품질 척도의 잠재평균은 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
