- Abstract
- 4차 산업혁명은 산업구조의 변화에만 한정된 것만은 아니고, 기술적, 사회적 변화 요인으로 연결되어 비즈니스 모델을 변화시키고, 조직 및 인프라의 운영 효율성을 획기적으로 변화시켜 비즈니스 원천, 비즈니스 방법, 비즈니스 확장 구도의 변화를 야기하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 디지털 트랜스포메이션 역량 평가에 관한 최근 연구 동향을 살펴보고, 국내 실정에 적합한 디지털 트랜스포메이션 역량 평가 모델과 지표를 제시하고자 한다. 이를 통해 디지털 트랜스포메이션의 성공적인 추진에 대한 계획과 추진을 위한 방향성을 제시하는 객관적인 지표를 제시하고자 한다.
