- Abstract
- The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of massagegun therapy on back pain and muscle activation in elderly women with lower back pain. Statistical Data was processed by SPSS(Windows Version 12.0) using descriptive statistics regarding the physical characteristics of subjects as well as each variables(back pain and muscle activation). The difference of within and between in two group w as a nalyzed repeated m easures ANOV A, s ignificant l evel was set a=.05. T he r esults w ere as follows: Back pain, there was significant difference according to the measurement, Muscle activation the results, We findings suggest that elderly women with lower back pain could improve their back muscle activation and pain through massagegun therapy program.
