- Abstract
- 최근 빈집 문제가 사회적 이슈로 떠오르면서 이를 해결하기 위한 다양한 정책 방안이 제시되고 있다. 빈집 재생시 건축자산의 가치와 지역 활성화 측면을 강조할 필요가 있다. 오노미치시의 경우 빈집 활성화에 아키야은행(빈집은행)이 핵심 역할을 하고 있다. 빈집재생은 문화예술 활동을 위한 커뮤니티의 중심지일 뿐만 아니라 상업적 활성화를 위한 촉매제로도 활용되고 있다. 빈집을 건축자산으로 재생하는 것에 대해 보다 전문적이고 적극적인 시각을 제공하는 한편, 민간활동을 통한 빈집 가치 재생을 위한 정책이 마련되어야 할 것이다.
