Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of aquarobic exercise on health-related physical fitness and immune functions in elderly women. Statistical Data was processed by SPSS(Windows Version 12.0) using descriptive statistics regarding the physical characteristics of subjects as well as each variables(health-related physical fitness and immune functions). The difference of within and between in two group was analyzed repeated measures ANOVA, significant level was set a=.05. The results were as follows: Health-related physical fitness, there was significant difference according to the measurement, Immune functions, there was significant difference according to the measurement, From the results, We findings suggest that elderly women could improve their health-related physical fitness and immune functions through aquarobic exercise program.
