- Abstract
- 본 연구는 전통적인 장치산업인 석유화학 기업의 ERP 시스템을 클라우드 서비스로 전환할 때 미치는 영향이 무엇인가에 대한 연구이다. 석유화학 산업은 공정과 품질, 설비안정성에 대한 IT투자가 활발한 반면, ERP, CRM 등 일반 경영정보시스템(MIS)의 투자에는 소극적이다. 그러나 IT와 제조가 융합된 4차 산업혁명 시대에서는 사물인터넷(IoT), 클라우드, 인공지능(AI), 빅데이터 등의 최신기술을 수용하지 못하는 기업은 경쟁력에 치명타가 될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 석유화학 기업의 ERP의 클라우드 서비스 전환 의도에 영향을 미치는 변인들을 선정하고 이주이론과 PPM(Push-Pull-Mooring) 모델을 이용하여 실증 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 조직 구성원의 혁신성, 변화를 거부하는 요인, 전환비용 등이 인지된 이용 용이성과 인지된 유용성에 유의미한 영향을 미친다고 분석되었다.
